Putting digital menus with the ability to self-order food and drink into the hands of your guests will reduce contact points and support a safer environment for both staff and customers.
Using Haven Systems Vine app to order then check out and pay from the comfort of your restaurant table, from the beer garden, outdoor seating or from within the stadium or event, provides the flexibility for you to streamline your hospitality service.
Visitors scan a QR code or use the friendly URL to browse your menus. The user interface is styled in a simple to use, mobile format and provides additional dish information and details of allergens. Selected menu items are added to the order and paid for in a single transaction with table location, click & collect or delivery address confirmed. Only pre-configured postcode locations have the option to complete a delivery order.
Kitchen notifications are displayed on your EPOS till and can be routed to relevant printers on the bar or in the kitchen if required. Notifications, with the status update will be controlled from the relevant EPOS till or an assigned tablet or PC.
Session capacity with maximum orders per hour and service times are managed to avoid over demand and to flatten out the potential spikes in service at peak times.
There is capacity for you to create multiple outlets and to be able to assign appropriate menus and have each outlet act as a separate business. All orders will be directed appropriately for processing; and back office reporting will allow you to report on total group sales, or individual outlets as appropriate and consolidated alongside your EPOS till sales data.
Although there is a check out as guest option available, Vine can be configured so that customers must register details in a way that complies with ‘Track & Trace’.
Vine exceeds the mandatory requirements for implementing social distancing measures and adds a user-friendly sales and marketing platform.
