New restrictions in the UK

As new regulations and restrictions in different areas across the UK come into play there is no doubt that the hospitality and visitor attraction industries face even more new and greater challenges.  It’s a constantly changing picture. Let’s hope that the “short sharp” restrictions introduced in Scotland’s central belt are effective, and that pubs and restaurants outside the central belt continue to trade with outdoor and off premise sales.

I am sure that many of the changes introduced in the current environment will have a long-lasting impact, and for some in the hospitality sector perhaps it will change the way they operate permanently.

Self-ordering, click & collect and delivery scheduling with contactless payments will be the way forward for many and we are pleased that we can provide our Vine platform to both single and multi-site hospitality and visitor attractions businesses.

We configure the app remotely, create a unique Vine and QR code so that we can set up and deploy the solution with online payments, safely and efficiently.

Putting digital menus in the hands of your customers is already proving to be beneficial in several ways including the added opportunity for upselling, improved staff efficiency through order management and of course a safer customer experience.
