As new regulations and restrictions in different areas across the UK come into play there is no doubt that the hospitality and visitor attraction industries face even more new and greater challenges. Let’s hope that the “short sharp” restrictions introduced in Scotland’s central belt are effective, and that pubs and restaurants outside the central belt continue to trade with outdoor and off premise sales.
